Easter holiday makes

Today I have been on a total making binge. Finished my navy midi jersey skirt – although I now realise I have NO shoes I can wear it with this weekend – which looks pretty good. I’d cut out the fabric for a cream and yellow top yesterday so stitched that up (more details when I can take a pic). And I have just this minute FINALLY finished the dress I began last summer… I modelled it on an old Topshop one that was falling apart, but that was slightly stretchy… and this isn’t. It doesn’t fit! I am gifting it to my skinny sister instead. I’m on the bus to Oxford right now and have just finished hemming it to her (much shorter) requirements. This fabric has been a terror to work with. Never again! Looks good though. Scoop neck, pleats and a vintage exposed zip.
